Learning development profession 1993-2004

This blog chronicles my journey of navigating the challenges of setting professional priorities and direction, while striving to strike the right balance between personal life and career aspirations.

My path has been largely shaped by circumstances and opportunities—seizing what came my way, while letting go of what no longer aligned or slipped beyond reach. Through professional triumphs, hurdles, and unexpected detours, I’ve emerged as a uniquely molded individual, shaped by every twist and turn.

These stories may offer valuable insights for recent graduates, especially those seeking to craft a purposeful vision and mission for their lives—something I wish I had prioritized earlier. Mono colour Afghanistan 2004-2006

During 2004 to 2006 I have been deputed in Afghanistan 3 times and stayed almost 16 months in this beautiful yet scary country.
I have experienced "time capsule" effect for the first time in my life during my time in this country.

Afghanistan is a mono-colour country; it has houses all made of mud; "no paint"... so it has brown colour all over and genders are strictly segregated so men will be in men group and women will be in women group ...they hardly see each other.. women hardly appear in public...
so once again you will see mono colour picture of social life.....either only men or only women..
i have alot to write ... do keep visiting my pages under this blog... http://manishinafghnistan0406.blogspot.com/
